The lodge opened in Regular session Worthy Vice Master Davis in the Chair the minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

The application of G W Barrows was Read and Refered [sic] to the following Committee were Henry Wirtenberger Bro Lewis & H Stokesman
Admission of Candidates
James G. Snadden and Ed Payne being in waiting in the Ante Room were duly admitted to membership in this lodge No16 B of. L.F.
A Communication was Read from Drs Roberts and Moorhead the substance of which was that after a careful Examination for two or three days of Bro Robert Miller who made application for total Disability all of which the Above names Phisicians [sic] say he is not Entitled to Receive on motion the communication was Received concurred in and placed on file

Frank Mallory reported Suspended for assessment No 7

Committee on Beneficiary fund was granted further time

The Bills of Dr W. H. Roberts for Examining Bro Robert Mills Amount Due $1000 and to C. F. Chapman assistant $200 also to Dr T. W. Moorhead. The sum of $1000 for services in Examining Bro Robt Miller
A Bill of $1200 was allowed to Bro James Smith as Janitor for the quarter Ending June 30/87 The Bills were allowed

The Secretary announced that he had Received the Grand Secy & Treas but had failed to Bring it. the Excuse was taken

Receipts of Meeting. 1000 for Initiation fee and $250 for application fee total 1250
On motion Bros Narnan & McVick we [sic] granted an order on lodge 52 for the Secret Work carried
