The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master E V Debs in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

The names of A C Simmers was proposed for Reinstatement and Arthur Grimes for Membership Refered [sic] to the following committee also James Green Refered [sic] to the above committee
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Henry Barnett Reported favorable the Report was concurred in and the Committee discharged also Geo Stith the Report was concurred in & committee Discharged
Balloting for Candidates
The Ballot being spread for Henry Barnett and declared Elected also Geo Stlith who was declared Elected
Admission of Candidates
James Marnan being in Waiting in the AnteRoom He was duly admitted a member of No16 B of L F
A communication was Read from C Bennett The financier asking a limited withdrawl [sic] Card for A E Schrader to join lodge Ratan New Mexico I received a letter from A C Simmons Containing an order for $1300 and a Request for Reinstatement He should have sent $1400 The Bro has been in hard luck and I think the lodge should pay his grand Dues and that would square him on the Book respectfully Signed Chas Bennett

The communication was Received and Brother Schrader was granted a limited Withdrawl [sic] Card
The Bills of James Smith as janitor was allowed the amount being $1250 also the Bill of Homer Davis for services as Delegate the National Convention the amount being $6000/100 which was unanimously allowed
Reports of Officers
The Delegate Bro Homer Davis Read his Report of the convention which was listened to with marked attention. on the conclusion of the Report a unanimous vote of thanks was tendered Bro Davis

The Report of the Grievance Committee against Bro James Smith which was laid on the table at the last meeting was on motion taken from the table concurred in and Committee discharges after a few Remarks from several of the Brothers present the lodge closed in Regular form
