The lodge met in Regular Session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the chair The minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

The application of Harry Wall was Read and Refered [sic] to the following Committee Jett Jordan Bro Wheeler Jim Smith

Bro Wm Dodson asked as loan 400 which was granted also Bro Geo Godfrey asked as a loan 1 00 which was also granted a communication was Read from Bro G Godfrey Which was as follows To the Officers and Members of Vigo lodge No16 I cannot accept the office of Secretary to which I was Elected signed Yours Resp Geo Godfrey
The Resignation was accepted A communication from Eureka lodge No 14 was Read and the matter was Refered [sic] to a committee of 3. S M. Stevens O E Fox and Bro Philbrick. By Consent the lodge Refered [sic] back to the Initiation of Candidates Ed Hall being in waiting in the anteroom he was duly initiated a member of Vigo lodge No16 of the B of L.F.
The financier Report was Read and ordered placed on file
Election of Officers
As there being a Vacancy in the office of Secretary The lodge proceeded to Elect a secretary for the Ensuing term the following Bros were nominated Bros Andrews Williams and J F O'Reilly O'Reilly having Received a majority of al the Votes cast he was declared Elected, The Past Master O E Fox duly installed him in the office
The financier reported the names of the Brothers indebted to the lodge and the amount as follows Robt Ebbage 3600 J H. Gibson 1375 S. P. Hardin 1175 J Suthard 975 J Monahan 200 Geo Godfrey 100 Wm Sherburne 300 the Report was concurred in. H Sacks was Elected Magazine agent On motion the monthly dues be 25¢ payable quarterly. The salary of the financier and salary were placed the same as last year as follows Financier $5000 per year and the secretary 1200 per year and on motion their salaries was adopted on motion the financier be Required to give bond in the sum of $600 00
A Book from lodge No 14 for chances for their fair was given the committee appointed for that purpose

There being no further business the lodge closed in Regular form
