The lodge opened in Regular session Past Grand Master Frank Arnold in the chair the minutes of the previous meeting were Read and approved

Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Frank Jones James Mason for Membership and Harvey Brunk for Reinstatement they Reported favorable the Report was concurred in

The Ballot being spread Frank Jones was declared Elected James Mason was declared Elected Harvey Brunk was also Reinstated

A communication was Read from Bro Kearsley New year lodge 135 in Regard to Bro Dearman stating that he failed to pay his Board bill and Salon Bill and acting unbecoming Conduct charges were prefered [sic] against Bro Dearman by Bro E. V. Debs The committee appointed to investigate M E Glen F Smith A Hunt Tate & Ed Bundy on motion the Secretary was instructed to write to Bro Kearsley and inform him that Vigo lodge has taken the matter in hands
Financier Reports
Jas Leek was Reported delinquent and was declared Expelled for nonpayment of Dues
New Business
under the Head of New business Bro Debs spoke of Having a union Meeting of the B of L. F. in our city under the Auspices of Vigo lodge No16 and on motion a committee of three be appointed
on motion the financier was instructed to make a Report of the Moneys loaned out to the members and Report at the next meeting There being no further business the lodge closed in Regular Session
