Terre Haute, Ind March 23 1884

The Lodge met in Regular session Worthy Master E. V. Debs in the chair. The minutes of the previous meeting were read & approved

Applications for Membership
The application of James Bennett and F. W. Niedhieser and Lon Hunt for Reinstatement the applications were Refered [sic] to Bros Ebbage Gross & Bundy
Reports of Committees
The committee to whom was Refered [sic] the application of Ruben Kilmer Reported favorable and on motion the Report was concurred in the ballot being spread he was declared Elected
Admission of Candidates
W H Crist being present was duly admitted to full membership in the order and also a member of Vigo lodge No 16.
A communication from Dr H H Clark stating that he attended to P. A. Kellogg when suffering from sprained wrist which kept him from work the communication dated March 17/84 and on motion he was Relieved from paying dues or assessments up to July 1st 1884


Terre Haute Gas light company presented a bill of one dollar & seven cents which was allowed
The following Resolution was presented to the Lodge for their approval or Rejection at the next Regulars Resolved. That the meetings of this lodge be changed from the 2 & 4 Sunday to the second & fourth Monday evening

Jacob Roman was granted a limited withdrawl [sic] card to join Charleston Lodge ther [sic] being no further business the Lodge closed in due form
The committee whom was Refered [sic] the charges of Bro Payne Report that the evidence in the case is not enough to convict him of any violation of the Constitution signed O. E. Fox J. F. O'Reilly & R. Ebbage
