FAOSTAT is an on-line and multilingual database currently containing over 1
million time-series records covering international statistics in the following
areas: production, trade, food balance sheets, food aid shipments, fertilizer
and pesticides, land use and irrigation, forest products, fishery products,
population, and agricultural machinery.
JSTOR is a
unique full-text digital archive of scholarly journals, starting with the very
first issues. The collection covers material from the 1800s up to a 'moving
wall' of between 1 and 8 years before current publication.
MEDLINE / PubMed from National Library of Medicine
PubMed, a
service of the National Library of Medicine, provides access to over 11 million
MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960's and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text
articles and other related resources.
